At Made For Freemasons, we take pride in offering high-quality Masonic apparel and accessories. Our goal is for you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. Please note that our Masonic gear is typically non-returnable due to their unique nature. However, we understand that issues may arise, and we're here to help if something isn't right with your order.

Return & Refund Eligibility:

- The product was received damaged or has manufacturing defects
- The request is made within 30 days of the purchase date
- The item is in new, unworn condition with all original tags attached
- Items that have been worn, stained, washed, smell of fragrances, or have been otherwise used are not eligible for return or exchange

Exchange Policy:

- We offer one free exchange per item for sizing issues
- For limited-time-only designs, size exchanges are subject to availability
- We will gladly exchange your item for another of equal or lesser value if the original size is unavailable
- Exchanges for manufacturing defects or fulfillment errors are covered at no additional cost

Important Notes:

- Custom/personalized products cannot be refunded as they are customized with customer information and cannot be resold
- Shipping costs associated with returns must be paid by the buyer
- We recommend following the care instructions on each product's label - damage caused by improper care or washing is not eligible for free exchange

- Include your original packing slip or a note with your return authorization number when shipping your return
