A = head circumference; B, C, D = hat dimensions (see diagram).
How to measure: Use a non-stretch tape to measure your head circumference. Place the tape around your forehead, wrap it around the back of your head about 1” (2.5 cm) above your ears, pinch where the tape meets, and read the number.
