The 12-seater bus will be used for transporting Lealholme residents to the Christmas Pageant, taking memory support unit residents out for weekly drives or shopping trips. The $90,000 vehicle has been bought with money raised by the community, the community and through a $33,000 donation from Freemasonry. Grand Master of Freemasons SA and NT said the bus would provide greater capacity for residents to participate in activities and maintain their sense of independence.
