The Rhea Masonic Lodge No. 47 of the Free & Accepted Masons in Jonesborough, Tennessee, is celebrating its bicentennial with a yearlong observance of its 200th anniversary. The lodge has been located at 10 N. 2nd Ave., Jonesborough, since 1969. Before this location, Masons initially convened in Washington County’s original wooden courthouse, and later moved to the historic Salt House.
