Hyderabad: Freemasons launch 9th leg of ‘Gift-a-Livelihood’ program

The Freemasons in Hyderabad have launched the ninth phase of their ‘Gift-a-Livelihood’ program, aimed at assisting financially disadvantaged individuals who have the skills and dedication but lack the necessary tools for their trade.

This initiative is particularly targeted at poor petty traders, street vendors, and self-employed individuals.

Those interested in applying need to send their details, including a photograph, Aadhaar Card information, contact details, and a description of the required tools or machinery, via WhatsApp.

The program plans to distribute tools, valued between Rs 6000 to Rs 7000 each, to 50 eligible recipients on November 24.

This distribution coincides with the Grand Festival 2023, a significant event marking the first annual gathering of Freemasonry in the Telugu states and celebrating the 62-year history of the Grand Lodge of India.
