The Clifton Forge Masonic Lodge No. 166 has welcomed a new member, Brother Benjamin Alan Meadows, who has advanced through the degrees of Entered Apprentice, Fellow Craft, and Master Mason.
Brother Meadows chose to memorize the catechisms for each degree as part of his masonic journey. Right Worshipful Gleen Jones served as his mentor and coach.
The master mason degree work and lecture were performed by RW Jones, while RW Bill Parks presented a poem program on the three degrees and their importance to masons, and also read the charge.
RW Glen Bryant presented a program on the Holy Bible and its role in providing answers to questions on moral and spiritual living.
